Mr. Tran was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States in 1977. He graduated from the University of Washington and obtained his legal education at Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Tran practiced law in Seattle for 14 years prior to moving to the Las Vegas area and has extensive litigation experience in criminal, civil and immigration matters. Mr. Tran honed his litigation skills at the prestigious Seattle law firms of “Preston, Gates & Ellis” (now K&L Gates) as well as “Williams, Kastner & Gibbs” representing both individual and corporate clients such as the University of Washington, Harborview Medical Center and Microsoft.
Mr. Tran believes that integrity and service is first and foremost and works tirelessly to achieve that for our clients. As a trial lawyer and counselor, Mr. Tran provides clients with creative solutions to efficiently meet their specific needs and solve their problems. Mr. Tran devotes the majority of his current practice to plaintiff’s personal injury, insurance claims and bad faith litigation.
